Congratulations Shelley and thanks for entering! Look for an email from me in your inbox right away.

Hold onto your coffee cups, here comes another fantastic fabric giveaway from Aunt Bea's Fabric!

Today you are the Luckiest of Readers because Bea is giving away 2 yards of Yuwa fabric, a lovely line of Japanese imports with the most charming prints! Let me introduce you to this lovely shop.

Aunt Bea's Fabric is an online fabric store (www.auntbeasfabric.com) located in Portland OR focusing on Japanese and user friendly apparel fabrics (denim, knits, linen, lawn, and double gauze, oh my!). The shop was founded in 2005 when Bea's fabric stash outgrew her sewing room (it could happen to you!) Maya is the co-owner and loves that checking sewing blogs like Made by Rae is part of her JOB... Awesome!

I personally love Bea and Maya's taste for fun and beautiful prints, like this gorgeous Alexander Henry floral lawn:

This floral cotton print (Dena Designs for Free Spirit) would be perfect for a girl's top or dress:

And just I love the little apples in this Hokkoh Forest print:

And check out these lovely fabrics from Yuwa! Here's a peak at just a few of the lovely fabrics you could choose from if you win this giveaway:

What a fun selection! Yuwa Japanese fabrics are so lovely. Not only are there gorgeous graphic Kei dots to choose from, there are some fabrics that would look amazing made into shirts or skirts (hello clock print skirt!) and some super cute kitchen novelty prints as well. I'm dying over those little thimbles and scissors in the antique sewing prints. You can look at all of the Yuwa fabrics over at Aunt Bea's to see even more. So exciting!

  7. Really? I have to pick just one type of fabric? It really all depends on my mood. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I'm in the fabric store...I want it all. I'm really into polk-a-dots right now, but I love a good eclectic patter too. I am usually drawn to bright colors...orange, yellow but I'm known to go black and white frequently too. 8. I hunt for awesome and fun boy fabrics, but my collection has a wide variety of things in it. I have a slight problem with grabing things that catch my eye...which could be a fun stripe pattern...or my cows in a field of poppies fabric...which I love, but I still have no idea why.

  131. Polka dots are pretty much my favorite right now, but I do like a nice small print. I mostly do quilting and those non-busy prints are easiest for me to work with.

  139. The type of fabric I like depends on what I want to make, but ... when I'm in a fabric store, I'm drawn to very colorful, bright prints and anything out of the unusual. I also LOVE textures! I love to feel the fabrics as I walk through the store. I let out a big contented sigh as I walk through touching the fabrics. Makes me so happy. :)

  148. You know what colors I am REALLY drawn to? There was a Momo Tomato line that was beautiful. Something about a deep raspberry red and that kind of stone-ground mustard-y yellow. I am also always drawn to the colors of Etsuko Furuya. I can picture making big huge pillows for every single room of the house with those fabrics.
    This is an awesome giveaway!

  158. Oh man. I'm drawn to all kinds of fabrics... i have a problem. The one kind of fabric that I HAVE to buy if I see it is cute (not baby-ish) boy flannel. Why? Because I was tramatized when I DIDN't buy a really cute boy flannel ONE time because it was going on sale the next day, so I decided to go back the next day. BIG MISTAKE. It took me MONTHS of looking find it again. Lesson learned. So now I compusively buy it. FREAK! maleahbliss@msn.com

  180. I would have to say I am drawn to two specific prints on fabric: damask & polka dot. I love all colors, but I seem to end up with more blue-green fabric in my shelves at home, I think it's because I try not to buy so much PINK fabric (since I have a little girl who loves pink) that I end up with the opposite. It seems that my collection of fabric grows by the hour, but all the different prints, color combination and textures are so much fun...I cant stop :)

  190. I like very architectural/geometric prints as well as very abstract stuff. I dislike florals and traditional "calicos" and stay away unless the colors are just right...speaking of colors, i prefers the purples/greens and yellows/orange/browns.
